  1. Warm the Balm: Take a small amount of Biotic Barrier Balm and warm it between your fingertips to help it melt into a smoother texture.
  2. Apply to Target Areas: Gently massage the balm onto areas in need of extra hydration and barrier support, such as dry, irritated, or sensitive spots.
  3. Massage In: Use soft, upward circular motions to massage the balm into your skin.
